James has over 17 years of experience in developing innovative software, systems, and technologies with a focus on academic and healthcare spaces.
His passion for powerful creative, collaboration, and crafting meaningful user experiences is invaluable when developing products and digital solutions. Clients appreciate James’ in-depth technical knowledge and his ability to ask the right questions, assess trade-offs, and propose informed alternative solutions.
CTO
Prem came to Massive from a prominent Healthcare startup, where he managed marketing and advertising initiatives. With a double major in Chemistry and Advanced Writing from Western University, Prem’s talent is distilling complex, nuanced ideas into digestible, easily understood copy. At Massive, he helps to layout website content structures and information architecture, determine tone and voice, and write content accordingly.
Director, Strategy
Annie comes to Massive with extensive experience in tech, learning from the best of the best in the world-renowned Silicon Valley. Bouncing from coast to coast, Annie received her A.A. in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design in New York. As a true artist at heart, when she isn’t designing the next cutting-edge advertisements or directing a high-fashion editorial, you can find Annie painting or staying up-to-date with the freshest trends.
As our Art Director, Annie loves creating your unfair advantage by pushing creative boundaries to craft a visual style that creates a big splash.
Creative Director
Michael came to Massive after a ten-year career as a freelance photographer and filmmaker. Intrigued by people, culture, and the intersection between heritage and the contemporary builders of our time, Michael has applied intrinsic curiosity to motivate action. At Massive, he cultivates relationships and guides projects from inception to final delivery with openness, careful consideration, and creativity that produce high-quality outcomes.
Director, Client Experience
A former Director of Golf Operations turned Client Engagement Manager, Connor Borrowdale has been a foundational catalyst for Massive’s growth since joining our team.
Driven to help ambitious people and organizations reach new heights, Connor leans on his customer service background, Business Administration education, and passion for entrepreneurialism to guide Massive’s sales efforts and rapidly adapt to evolving circumstances.
Outside of office hours, you’ll find Connor going low on the golf course or embarking on exciting new adventures with friends.

Associate Art Director
Jordan comes to Massive with five years of agency branding and design experience, over 11 years within the hospitality industry, and countless years of freelancing. Jordan loves to create innovative, rebellious branding that challenges the status quo and brings our clients to what he likes to call “the promise land.”
Although he might seem extremely sweet, Jordan takes great pleasure in kicking his family and friends’ butts in Catan, preferably with a beer or bagel by his side.
Associate Art Director
An innovative brand strategist, content creator, and creative copywriter, Ryan is highly adept in content optimization, target audience engagement, and realizing marketing objectives, harnessing data-driven insights to generate actionable results.
Ryan joined Massive after spending a year in Edmonton, Alberta, where he managed email campaigns, content marketing efforts, and fan engagement initiatives for the NHL’s Edmonton Oilers. He also brings experience from the agency world, spending two years as a content coordinator after graduating from RED Academy’s Digital Marketing Professional program.

Vanessa is a clever and imaginative storyteller capable of engaging diverse target audiences and adapting tone and voice accordingly. She owes much of her experience during her time as a journalist, corporate communications specialist, and retail fashion copywriter. She loves that her role as a content strategist empowers her to work with cutting-edge companies and engage with people from all walks of life, ultimately helping them tell their stories to the world. You can catch Vanessa enjoying beautiful B.C. outside of work – camping and hiking are amongst her favourite weekend activities.

Jarret comes to Massive with over 10 years of experience in client relations and content creation from a corporate and non-profit background. A Vancouver transplant from Manitoba, Jarret’s small-town roots have instilled a passion for collaboration and community building, and his prairie charm helps him build meaningful rapport with clients from all walks of life.
Content Specialist
Nicholas Monfils has been a web designer since 2006 when he founded his own agency before building a career as a Front End Developer. With a Multimedia Diploma from the Cégep de l’Outaouais in Gatineau, Québec, Nick’s creativity consistently shines through in his technical work.
Before joining Massive, Nicholas spent six years as a front-end developer at Domain7. He’s done work for notable clients, including Microsoft, Honeywell, CTA, and Vancouver Film School.
Outside work, Nicholas is a drummer for a band and has performed live on many occasions, something he’s very much looking forward to getting back to soon.
Front End Developer
Pri brings to Massive nearly 10 years of content writing experience with international brands, non profit organizations, government agencies and startups. With a knack for deconstructing technical content, she curates engaging copy and inspiring thought leadership pieces.
Pri has an MBA from the University of Glasgow in Scotland where she also learned fencing and can be trusted with swords.

Golsa Meshkat is a creative, process-oriented, multi-talented Production Designer with years of professional experience spanning architectural engineering, digital marketing, and social media.
She initially joined Massive on an internship before ultimately joining the team full-time. Passionate about the process of effective design, from creating the product and marketing materials to planning, executing, and managing social media strategies, Golsa seamlessly fuses insights from her diverse background to tell compelling stories through digital mediums.
Outside work, you can find Golsa exploring Vancouver’s restaurant scene. She’s always up for a deep conversation and is hands down the office’s #1 compliment giver.
